MINIB was part of the HVAC solution for the new headquarters of Repsol Electricidad y Gas in Madrid, located less than one kilometre from the Repsol Campus, in a renovated historic building on General Lacy Street. For this project, HCA convectors were selected in various lengths to meet the architectural and technical requirements of the building. With a width of 200 mm and a height of 110 mm, the HCA range provided a compact solution while delivering heating outputs of up to 5.5 kW. The convectors feature a high-quality aluminium body and forced convection with 12 V EC fans, making them an ideal solution for use with heat pumps and low-temperature energy sources. Designed for both heating and cooling, the units ensure fast thermal response and high comfort levels in modern office spaces. The MINIB solution contributed to the overall energy-efficient concept of the building, which achieved LEED v4 BD+C Platinum certification, supporting sustainable operation while respecting the architectural character of the renovated structure.
