The reconstruction of the director's villa of the Podolsk cement factory from the 19th century, where the BASIS International School Prague is now located, presented a challenge - how to combine respect for historical heritage with high requirements for comfort, hygiene and energy efficiency.

MINIB induction units were chosen for the project, providing cooling, heating and ventilation in one device. The fanless operating principle allows for completely silent operation, while the low installation height allows for easy integration into the suspended ceiling without space restrictions. The solution meets high demands for comfort, hygiene and flexibility of layout.
